KrenX Tour is an online travel booking platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, hack, or interfere with our systems. Users must be 18+ to make bookings.
All bookings are subject to availability. Prices are dynamic and may change. Payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking. Convenience fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation is subject to our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We are not liable for cancellations by operators.
KrenX Tour acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality of bus operators, railways, or taxi providers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Malda, West Bengal, India.
